Structural basis for drug action at GPCRs
This project explores the relationship between drug structures and their effects on G-coupled receptors (GPCRs). By analysing various drug compounds and their binding poses, we aim to map the key interaction that determine drug efficacy. Ultimately, we aim to enable rational design of drugs with desired pharmacological activities by providing a clearer understanding of how ligands activate or inhibit GPCRs.
